Pickup Policy

Store pickup process

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We email when your order is ready (typically within 2 hours during business hours).

Pickup timeframe

Orders must be picked up within 14 days of the ready notification.

Customer identification

Please bring a photo ID and your order confirmation email.

Unclaimed orders

Unclaimed orders are restocked after 14 days and refunded as store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.
